Become a member of Musicphilic Winds
《樂聚．管樂》現正招收新團員，歡迎具備英國皇家音樂學院考試五級或以上，或具同等資歷者報名參加。本樂團排練時間為逢星期五晚上七時三十分至十時正。有意者請填妥以下表格，交回樂團委員會。本團接獲報名表格後，定當聯絡閣下，安排面試日期及試音。成功入團者，每月須繳交 HKD$200 作團費。
本報名表內有關的個人資料只供本團委員會處理閣下申請加入本團事宜之用。
Personal data provided as part of an application for admission will be used solely for the purpose of admission, and in this connection the data will be handled by the Executive Committee, Musicphilic Winds only.
(a) 如申請不被接納，本團將銷毁一切有關的個人資料；及
The application papers of unsuccessful candidates will be destroyed; and
(b) 成功申請者的個人資料將會存入團員檔案，並由本團委員會處理。
the application papers of successful candidates will become part of the member file, in which connection, the data will thereafter be handled by the Executive Committee, Musicphilic Winds.
